Privacy.

Information about the processing of personal data under Article 13 GDPR.

1. Controller

Lampa Systems – sole proprietorship
Owner: David Lampa

Email: info@lampa.systems

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on IONOS webspace. The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Visits may involve processing technically necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and device information, and status codes. This supports secure delivery, troubleshooting and prevention of abuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. Provider information: IONOS privacy notice.

3. Contacting us

When you contact us by email, we process your sender address, message, time and other voluntarily provided information to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Application Helper, downloads and releases

Public downloads do not require an account. Technical request data may be logged as described under Hosting. Files and version information are provided on the IONOS webspace.

The publishing and statistics area is exclusively for the operator and protected by password authentication. The server stores the password only as a salted, computationally expensive verification hash. A technically necessary session cookie enables login for up to four hours. Failed login attempts are limited to prevent abuse; the connection address is temporarily processed in memory for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Audience measurement and click statistics

This website records daily aggregated page views, clicked link targets and referral sources. Only the domain of the previously visited external page is stored as a source; full referrer URLs, search terms and URL parameters are not stored. Direct visits and internal referrals are counted only as such. Returning people are not identified; page views are not unique visitors.

Our statistics use no cookies, local storage or persistent visitor identifier. IP addresses, browser identifiers and device profiles are not stored in the statistics. Collection is disabled when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Aggregated daily values are deleted during the next collection after no more than 400 days.

Processing serves audience measurement and improvement of our services. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is developing services according to demand. There is no cross-site profiling.

We also count successful full file responses for each file provided directly on this website. Only the file path, file name, day and count are stored. HEAD requests, partial responses, errors and detected cancellations are excluded; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. The per-file total is retained without personal identifiers; aggregated daily values are deleted during the next collection after no more than 400 days. Downloads on external platforms are not recorded.

6. Cookies and local storage

Public information pages use no analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. Our audience measurement stores no information on your device and reads no statistics identifier from it. Technically necessary session information may be used for the protected administration area you explicitly access. This is necessary for login and security; Section 25(2) TDDDG applies.

7. Use of artificial intelligence

This website currently offers no AI chatbot and makes no automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. During normal visits, none of your inputs are sent to a generative AI model. AI tools assisted with concepts, draft texts and the social preview graphic; the results were editorially reviewed.

If personal data is processed with AI assistance in future, this will take place only on an appropriate legal basis, for a defined purpose, with data minimisation and the necessary information. Details: AI transparency.

8. Recipients and retention periods

Recipients may include technical providers for hosting, authentication, data storage and email communication where necessary to provide services. Data is retained only while its purpose exists or statutory retention obligations apply. Security logs are deleted or anonymised once their security purpose ends, unless further retention is necessary to investigate specific incidents.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. In particular, you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in your habitual place of residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.

10. Updates

This privacy notice is updated when services, data processing or the legal situation change.
